Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.
Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?

If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. If it can not be changed, we have to wait till the package being sent back to proceed a refund. Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?

1. If it is a pre-order or back-order that is in stock, your package will be shipped first.
2. Delivery takes 4-7 days (based on your location), which counts from the day when your order is processed. Shipping cost is free when your order weighs below 1.51 kg.
3. If it is emergent order that needs to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.
Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.
Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
A:
First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
Return & Refund Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
1. Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
2. We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
3. Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
4. Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Return Terms"
Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.
Other Terms and Conditions
"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
"Refuse-to-Receive"
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
"Intact Items"
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
"Defective Items"
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.

Question 1: How do I plug this into my macbook pro 2019? Do I need an adapter or dongle? Thanks!
Answer: You just need to plug this mic into your computer USB port. However, if your macbook pro only has USB - C port, you will need an genuine Apple type-C to USB female adapter for connection.
Question 2: Can you plug this into a usb 3.0 port?
Answer: Yes, the type of our usb port is 2.0,but the USB 3.0 interface can backward-compatible with other USB Type A interfaces.
Question 3: Can I connect this mic to a boom arm?
Answer: Yes, you can. It comes with a 5/8'' male to 3/8'' female adapter which can connect with a boom arm.
Question 4: Does this mic require an external power source or is the usb cable the power source?
Answer: The mic is supplied by the 5 V USB power, no need for external power source.
Question 5: Can you record a room of people?
Answer: No, you can't. It's cardioid mic, which means it can pick up the main sound source in front of the capsule.
Versatility is off scale
It is built to be an entry-level recording microphone in the first place. Though it is a USB type, not what we would call the blue blood of condenser microphones, its frequency response is relatively wide, most importantly, the high-end clarity does not change a bit. Apart from the fact that all USB microphones are capable of being plug & play on Windows PC/laptop, Mac and Play Station console (incompatible with Xbox), it still has one more trick. With a USB adapter, it can also serve as an external microphone for your iPhone, iPad and Android.
Beat That Hissing Out Of Your Recording!
A condenser microphone, either the professional or the consumer level, is never good at noise rejection. The cardioid pattern, which focuses the sound more from the front than the back and the side, does not make much difference. Because it is all down to your use environment.
But you can expect a low self-noise level from this condenser microphone. It is not as good as a RODE mic with the "quietest" reputation, but at least you will not hear noticeable hissing. Those noises are extremely annoying and also let you get frustrated because the external mic that costs you bucks is no different from the internal one of your computer. That will just not be the case with this K670.
Is the modern V-shape sound any good?
If you play an instrument a lot, the hollow recording will let you down a bit. But in some cases, the rounded low ends can gloss over a bit of scooped sound. The 16mm capsule (2mm larger than the generic models) makes your voice appear more engaged in front of the microphone. You do not have to eat into it for the radio podcast sound.
