I am a teacher. The K031B is good for recording myself while teaching

I am only using the microphone with the clip and attach to my tie. The sound quality is good for recording myself while teaching. The USB plug and play works great. I can move around the classroom and keep connected.

Use for Yoga and easy to arrange on computer

Had to buy this in a hurry so that I could use it for Yoga classes on line. It proved very good and easy to arrange on the computer. The transmitting pack is not heavy, and the talking quality is easily understood by those who listen. I would recommend it for those doing Yoga.

Worked OK-ish for a Month

I received the mic April 28, 2020. Today is May 28, 2020. Set up was easy, and the mic worked pretty well for the past month, although it began cutting out intermittently -- infrequently, and for just short periods -- after the first week of light use. Aside from the cutting out, the sound quality has been good for an inexpensive microphone. However, today on a Zoom call, the mic started going dead for longer periods, and the audio quality was poor -- sounded scratchy with static and noise, and other people on the call mentioned the poor sound quality. We have been very diligent about using fresh batteries with every call, so this was with fully charged batteries. The belt pack is never further than 10 feet from the USB receiver, so range isn't the issue. We've decided to stop using the mic. I would return it for a refund, but I'm outside the seven-day return window. I will be looking elsewhere for a better quality lavalier mic.

Bang for the buck, easy to plug the mic into my Iphone with the adapter and hit record!!!

How can a wireless mic be this affordable and still sound decent or even work at all?! Well.... FiFine did it!!! I just plug it into my iPhone with a USB adapter and hit record, its that simple!!! Im no longer tethered to my camera with cables! The sound quality is surprisingly good for this price point! Its crazy how affordable it is!

Perfect for coaching calls with clients on Zoom

Sound is clean and headset fits my small head! All the coaches in my industry use this particular brand for our coaching calls with clients on Zoom, webinars, to record audio for different programs, Facebook lives, etc. This was an in-person recommendation. A: Sorry, no. Products on FIFINE website are not available for global shipping. Delivery covers UK, CA and US (APO/FPO address is not included). For customers who live outside these regions, you can check out on FIFINE AliExpress Store.

Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.

Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?

First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.

Return & Refund Policy

Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
1. Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
2. We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
3. Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
4. Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).

"Return Terms"

Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.

"Bulk Purchase Return"

If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.

"Refuse-to-Receive"

Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.

"Intact Items"

An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.

K031B FAQs

Question 1: Does this work with zoom meetings?
Answer: Yes, you just need to go to the audio setting of zoom meetings and select the USB Audio Device as the microphone. And select the proper speaker as the output device.

Question 2: I am teaching zoom fitness classes and i play music through the computer. can i also use this mic and have my voice through the computer at same time?
Answer: If you want the others in the Zoom meetings could hear your voice and the music at the same time, you will need to select this mic as the input device, and use the share the screen function of Zoom to share the music on your computer. Feel free to send a message to our email if you need more suggetions.

Question 3: I want to use it with obs to live stream (there will be 2 persons/speakers). so in this case, will we need to buy 2 transmitters? will it work?
Answer: Sorry, only one transmitter will sync with receiver. But becasue computer allows you to use multiple USB devices at the same time, you can just buy two sets of K031B and use them. For setting them up with OBS on Windows, an app called voice meter banana will help. If you are Mac user, just setup an aggregated device. Then you are good to for two people streaming on the same computer.

Question 4: Will this work to speak, amplify my voice, and then send my amplified voice back out through the speakers on my classroom computer/smartboard?
Answer: Yes, it will. However, the effect is depends on how big the classroom is. I was told by another teacher that her classroom was too small (most students would hear her regular voice as well as the projection of the mic so it sounded like an echo even though there was no lag in sound). Just for your reference.

Question 5: Is there a bluetooth lavlier microphone that broadcasts to bluetooth speakers availible ?
Answer: Sorry no, it doesn't have the setting to Bluetooth with speaker. And for lav mic, you really have to boost the mic signal to make the sound clear and loud. So the speaker need to have 1/4" mic input or to be powerful enough. So the result will not be optimum, even if you can wire up the mic with Bluetooth speaker.

Question 6: Has anyone used this mike with dragon naturally, the dictate program? i don't have bluetooth on my pc and thinking of buying this as an alternative.
Answer: You just need to plug the USB receiver into your computer and choose the "USB PnP Audio Device" as the input device on your software setting.

Question 7: Does this work with Android?
Answer: It should work with proper USB type C adapter. But we cannot be sure that is your case. We have tested it with only Samsung S7/8 and Note 8, Google Pixel 2, and the mic works.

Question 8: Can you buy the usb?
Answer: The usb receiver is only compatible with the Fifine USB wireless microphone. If you bought a Fifine USB wireless microphone before and want to order a usb receiver for backup, you can get it in our website.
