It is a really good mic to stream!!
This mic is absolutely incredible! sound quality is deep and crips. I used to have Elgato wave 3 mic, but after using this one, it's gonna be my go-to mic. The only thing I wish was different is USB c instead if mini USB, otherwise, you get studio-like sound quality from this thing and it's super easy to set up. Plug and play pretty much.
This looks and feels very premium and for the price, you'll actually get very good mic quality with this.
Only downside is that there is no popfilter (not really needed tbh) and that the mic is very sensitive for shocks. A shock mount is recommended.
After using it for a couple of days for streaming and recording I have to it is a very good mic. The sound quality is amazing and the shape of it is good too. the only thing that's bugging me is that the cable connecting it comes out easily. Still recommend though.
I use them for multimedia interviews and they behave up to the task.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.
Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?

If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?

1. If it is a pre-order or back-order that is in stock, your package will be shipped first.
2. Delivery takes 4-7 days (based on your location), which counts from the day when your order is processed. Shipping cost is free when your order weighs below 1.51 kg.
3. If it is emergent order that needs to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.
Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.
Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
A:
First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
Return & Refund Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
1. Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
2. We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
3. Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
4. Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Return Terms"
Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.

"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
"Refuse-to-Receive"
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
"Intact Items"
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
"Defective Items"
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.

Question 1: Does the Microphone need any software to connect to Windows 10?
Answer: This usb mic is plug and play on Windows computer, and doesn't come with any software. If you wanna record your voice, then an recording software is needed. you can use the recording software that comes with computer, like the soundrecorder on Windows. Also you could download a more powerful recording software, like Audacity, which can modify and edit recording sounds.
Question 2: Is this mic Discord verified?
Answer: Yes, you can use it with discord. As long as you use Windows or Mac, then make sure you select this USB mic as input device under the audio settings of discord.
Question 3: Can you connect this to a mixer board?
Answer: No, it can't. This USB mic is only compatible with computer and PS4. It doesn’t work on other devices.
Question 4: Is this microphone good for gaming and Youtube?
Answer: Yes, it is good for gaming and Youtube. It have a mute button that makes it easier for you to mute the sound during gaming. And it has a 3.5mm output jack for low latency monitoring. Well-thought Stand
The triangle stand that comes with the package is nowhere close to a poor relation of the mic. Each leg of the stand has rubber pads to prevent the mic from sliding away randomly.
Plug&Play USB & Hook-up&Go Adapter
The included USB cable and the arm stand adapter is hard to keep up with the pace of the microphone to be all metal. But the convenience does lose a bit of its charm. Though it is still an old-fashioned micro-USB port, what's the matter if it can get the mic up and running on Windows, Mac and Play Station (incompatible with Xbox) in just a second? The shape of the adapter may look a bit weird, but as long as it actually holds up the mic firmly when connecting to a boom arm, it is an useful adapter then.
